Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking to recruit for the position of ERP Solution Sales professional for a permanent role in Zurich.

Major Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you would be responsible for:

• successful implementation of ERP projects for our customers by organizing, managing and monitoring resources, methods and technologies throughout the entire project life cycle. You work closely with your stakeholders - from gathering requirements to fully implementing them. You are responsible for quality, identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, processes and tools that increase productivity, economy, problem solving and efficiency.
• Development, implementation and maintenance of a detailed project plan, including comprehensible requirements, suitable controls and for monitoring, to ensure compliance with time, budget and quality specifications and always keep an overview
• Taking over the management of the employees assigned to the project
• Development and implementation of change management and change enablement processes during the entire project period is also part of your area of ​​responsibility
• Supporting the sales process by estimating the amount of work and costs
• Working with onshore, offshore and nearshore employees

Your profile

• Prior commercial experience with complex ERP solutions and the life cycle of planning, implementing and maintaining such solutions on a national and international level
• Holistic understanding of business processes and their mapping in Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365 or in comparable ERP solutions
• Familiarity with common project management methods and actively apply them
• Team player
• Solution oriented approach
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
