On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with demonstrable Data Security experience, ideally within HR projects.

Responsibilities:

• The role requires a senior project manager with know-how on how data security in IT systems has to be set up to ensure the need-to-know/have principles of the Bank.
• The major task will be to orchestrate multiple SMEs and to establish a Security Concept as blueprint for all key HR systems, data hubs as well as (Advanced) Analytics platforms in future.

Required skills:

• Over 5 years of project management experience within Data Security environments
• Banking Business (especially HR) knowhow is mandatory.
• Peoplesoft, OBIE, AURA as well as big data platform and Analytics tools knowhow, e.g. on Hadoop, is a key advantage.
• Proven ability to drive the conceptual work with multiple HR/non-HR stakeholders (i.e. analysis current state/design target state/establishment business case target state solution(s) incl. IT Security solution cost estimates)
• Able to orchestrate and align multiple IT and non-IT stakeholders globally and on a common solution
• HR knowhow required in the Banking business, to understand data sensitivity, resp. regulatory and legal requirements
• Sound understanding of (Advanced) Analytics methods and tools (incl. data base issues, security risks, etc. related to data/insights access, etc.)
• Strong communicator with fluency in English. German is highly beneficial
