Associate Specialist, Data Quality and Test Management

Are you a Data Quality Specialist with multiple years of experience in a data quality focused role in complex environments ? Do you have proven experience of structuring and executing test plans for data systems ? Was this gained whilst interacting with business users and various stakeholders ? Does this experience coverdata modelling in the context of datawarehouse, datamarts and/or datalake ? If so this role could be for you !

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate Specialist, Data Quality and Test Management, to join The Global Fund.

The Global Fund is an international organisation created to accelerate the end of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics. In partnership with governments, civil society, technical agencies, the private sector and people affected by the diseases, The Global Fund mobilizes and invests more than US$4 billion a year to support programs run by local experts in more than 100 countries.

Your role:

You will be responsible for managing the quality, integrity and validity of the Global Fund data, and in particular the data related to the Covid-19 Response Mechanism, as well as for developing processes to ensure optimum data quality. You will be providing technical support and advice to all business units and stakeholders on the identification and rectification of all data quality issues and would be a key liaison for identifying, analyzing the root cause of, specifying solution options for, and following up on resolution of data discrepancies.

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• University Degree in information systems management, software engineering or a related field or an equivalent and relevant work experience.
• Certification, training or experience in the following technologies/domains:Database ModellingData Warehouse and DatamartsSoftware engineering test management
• Experience utilizing IT and software systems to manage quality, integrity and validity of data
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, reporting and managing data through Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Multiple years of experience in a data quality focused role in complex environments
• Experience structuring and executing test plans for data systems
• Experience interacting with business users and various stakeholders.
• Experience in data modelling in the context of datawarehouse, datamarts and/or datalake
• An excellent knowledge of English and preferably working knowledge of French
