Are you a Data Analyst with 5 yrs + previous professional experience working in data analysis, survey
execution/analysis and facilitation of workshop discussion ? Are you available to start immediately ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Data Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities will be:

The consultant(s) will assist the Lead Auditor and team members to accomplish the following tasks, among others:

- Consolidation of survey results, analysis and presentation for further discussion
- Conducting virtual interviews and documenting discussions and highlighting themes across interviews
- Facilitation of workshops utilizing virtual technology including MS Teams and live survey/polling software e.g. Menti
- Support team in recommendation identification and documenting

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• a minimum of 5 (five) years' professional and progressive experience working in data analysis, survey execution/analysis and facilitation of workshop discussion.
• working knowledge/understanding of virtual survey tools and virtual workshops approaches.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent workshop facilitation skills
• a working knowledge/understanding of the following areas:
• Survey tools such as Survey Monkey or MS Forms
• An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
