Cyber Network Firewall ICS Engineer
On behalf of our client, an international IT Consultancy, we are looking for a Cyber Network Firewall ICS Engineer, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team in Zurich, Switzerland.
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (travel involved to Madrid, Spain and Neuchâtel, Switzerland)
Languages: Fluency in English. German and any other languages are considered an asset.
Main task: the deployment of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) perimeter firewalls at multiple client sites globally. Real-time missions in the area of process control and automation systems with the purpose of protecting critical infrastructures from cyber-attacks in the Manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead of global design and deployment effort for the ICS perimeter firewall implementation / segmentation project
- Excellent knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall
- Strong experience with Cisco Routing and switching operating systems
- Complex routing environments knowledge, such as link aggregation, EIGRP, OSPF, etc.
- Strong experience in network design and concepts
- Excellent working knowledge of TCP and UDP protocols, VPNs, IDS, IPS, SIEMs and firewall technologies
- PCNSA certification of benefit
Required Skills & Experience:
- BSc in Networking, IT, Computer Systems or in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6-10 years of Networking experience
- Industrial Control Systems Environments is of benefit
- Personality: analytical, interpersonal, highly organised, self-motivated and excellent communicator
