Experis have a strong partnership with one of the largest pharma companies in Switzerland and is looking for a Construction Manager with experience to oversee the construction site.
Tasks
- Monitor and ensure compliant construction execution
- Coordinate the construction staff
- Review and approve the regular construction reports
- Review and approve work completion and acceptance certificates
- Execution of regular site inspections
- Cooperation in the preparation and execution of internal construction site audits.
- Assist with the collation of the final construction 'as-built' documentation.
- Inform the Construction Management Team in regular project meetings about the status, essential project events and challenges, developments and lessons learned
Skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science (e.g. Mechanical, Construction)
- Minimum ten years in Construction programs experience in Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Industrial Engineering projects
- Local, cantonal and government legal compliance experience, and regulatory certifications as required.
- Advanced knowledge of construction industry practices, and regulatory agency requirements.
- Speak effectively before groups of Senior Management, partners, contractors, and/or employees of the organisation
- Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
