Business Analyst with Genesys/Unblu
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Business Analyst to join one of their clients, a global firm. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are seeking for an English speaking candidate who is available in a short notice.
Project details: The client is looking to build a document co-browsing solution using "Unblu" or "Genesys Co-Browsing" technology.
Your profile:
- Business analyst with strong Genesys/Unblu experience
- Familiarity with features and the co-browsing extension
- Ability to articulate pros and cons of both products as well as having experience from a user perspective
- Genesys Customer Interaction Management
- Ability to analyse an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
- Strong skills in:
- assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- University Degree or higher education
- English - Fluent written and spoken
Location: Zürich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months renewable contract
