On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work on product governance requirements with proven experience from a wealth management background or private banks.
Main responsibilities:
Elaboration of detailed business requirement specifications (derived from designed target solution) in the field of product governance
Support integration of developed changes into the bank's policy, guideline and control framework
Alignment of the designed technical and business solution between IT, CRO, Legal, Advisory solution and Front Business on a working level
Preparation of implementation and roll-out together with project team
Support change management activities Inc. Preparation of training material
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
Some years of Project experience in international business environments; thereof at least 1 business implementation project at a private bank or in the Wealth Management sector
Business Requirements engineering skills including experience in realization and implementation
Pragmatic, communicative and open personality (handson mentality) with strong communication skills to all relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts (working level)
Strong analytical skills
Precise and efficient working style
Knowhow of regulatory requirements such as MiFID II or FIDLEGin general and Product Governance in particular is of advantage
Must Speak English & German
