Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for Business Analyst to join one of their clients, a highly renowned organisation. This engagement will be for a period of 9 months and based in Zurich.

Location: Zurich
Start Date: July 2021
Duration: 9 months with further option of contract extension

You will be responsible for:

• Support Global Distribution & Logistics's network design and digital initiatives and projects implementation
• Support design and development of global distribution logistics KPIs reporting
• Process and system documentation pertaining to relevant global distribution and logistics projects/initiatives
• Support the Lead Distribution Network Design Lead to deploy a Global Best in Class, Collaborative, Agile and Real-Time Regional and Differentiated distribution network delivering a "Unique Customer Experience"
• Support the strategic distribution network design initiatives in the region(s), developing net-work design modelling and conducting data analysis
• Research and support developing innovative best practices on network design and data analytics, performance management and global reporting and systems that benefit the distribution and logistics network regionally/globally
• Coordinate stakeholders to drive improvements, in collaboration/under guidance of Lead Distribution Network Design of the distribution network

Your profile:

• University degree (BSc, MSc or similar) in a relevant area: Supply Chain, Engineering, Management or IT
• Strong capability to manage ambiguity, find pragmatic solutions & align/influence key stakeholders
• Good understanding of how to drive/influence decision making within a global/regional matrix organization
• Strong ability to analyse a wide variety of supply chain data to make strategic and tactical improvement decisions/proposals
• Preferably good supply chain system knowledge (SAP MM/SD/FI, customers and suppliers collaboration solutions, BI solutions…)
• Very strong capability to manage & enable resolution of highly complex supply chain issues across a vast number of stakeholders & cultures
• Basic/Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes & functions
• Strong data and analytics search and analytics skills
• Very good knowledge of performance improvement via data analysis, reporting systems and solutions (SAP, BI, Power BI, SQL, Python...)
• Good business acumen and ability to interpret data for business insight and use
• Good understanding and skills on MS Office suits
