2nd level Application Supporter
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced 2nd level application supporter to join one of their clients, a well-known company. For this temporary assignment based in Zurich canton, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available in a short notice.
Major responsibilities:
- 2 level help desk support of web applications
- Define and maintain the monitoring of applications
- 24/7 on-call support on a weekly rotation
Your profile:
- Education in Computer Science or as IT Technician
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Technical practical knowledge required in:
- IT Service Management Framework ITILv3
- Linux knowledge (RHEL 6 +),
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong knowledge in Web Technologies: Apache, HAProxy, SSL, Weblogic
- Experience with monitoring, for example: Dynatrace, Monitis, Icinga
- Languages required: fluent English; German is a strong advantage
Location: Zurich Canton
Contract duration: until end of 2019 with further possibility of further extension
