On behalf of our client, a prestigious Private in Zürich, we are looking for an Application Manager.
Overview of the project:
- Looking for an Application manager for various standard software.
- Application portfolio includes a wide range of business applications in the field of collateral trading (international)
Responsibilities:
- Application management (operation and maintenance, SLA, problem, release/test, risk mgmt, documentation)
- Introduction of further product development
- Project work (migrations, adjustments)
Skills:
- The ideal candidate has in-depth IT skills in UNIX, Windows and SQL-DB with banking experience, experience in Java development.
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics / areas
- Confident handling of business managers, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers
- Familiarity with integrated business applications including incident management
- Familiarity with various database systems, especially Oracle
- Familiarity with incident/change/release management processes of larger companies in the service environment (ideally finance/insurance)
- Fluent in English with good command of German
