Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Sales Campaign Specialists

This is a 12-month contract based in Zurich

Main responsibilities

• Support the Head Strategic Sales & Intermediaries in the co-creation, rollout and delivery of the sales campaign plan aligned with the general sales strategy and global marketing standards of the bank
• Conceptualize, implement, and monitor sales campaigns incorporating geographical and target client requirements; this can be adoptions of PB campaigns to the Intermediaries business or stand-alone campaigns for professional investors
• Create sales content dedicated to Intermediaries as well as internal stakeholders that is at the forefront of the industry; this includes direct and indirect distribution strategy (online campaigns, i.e., e-mail, social media, Baer Online / WhatsApp push notifications, articles, white papers, and internal communication, i.e., Front briefings/ trainings, sales scripts, etc.)
• Ensure close alignment with sales data analytics to identify the right clients per campaign, monitor, and track campaign success and create appropriate Senior Mgmt. reporting

Your skills:

• Higher education, preferably a master's degree in marketing and/or business-related subject
• 8 years of work experience in strategic marketing/communications
• Proven track record in multichannel product marketing
• Ability to design and implement tactical measures with a hands-on mentality
• Strong and efficient project management skills with the ability to manage several projects
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as work collaboratively across peer networks
• Excellent proficiency in using modern banking applications and Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in English and German is required with additional languages of benefit
