Experis IT Switzerland is looking for a Scrum Project Manager with 4-6 years experience within pharmaceutical company for one of our customers based in Zurich.
Contract: 6 months with high chances for contract extension
Location: Zurich with 3 days of home office
Language: English
Your tasks:
* Support agile delivery of strategic global projects of Ethics & Compliance (E&C)
* Enable prioritization and coordination of E&C projects and activities by providing transparency on the progress of work
* Think creatively and entrepreneurially about additional improvement opportunities to our E&C operations, and raise them for consideration/prioritization within the E&C portfolio of initiatives
* Work on establishing underlying processes that enable agile ways of working
* Support other activities/actions prioritized by the Global Ethics and Compliance Leadership team as needed
* Champion agile transformation by providing agile capability building and training to project teams across E&C (ad hoc coaching, or project participation). Including familiarity with key agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
You bring:
* at least 4 years experience in management/strategy consulting in the pharma industry
* Experinece in Scrum (you will be coaching other colleagues)
* Agile certification, or experience working/leading agile teams
* Ethics & Compliance experience, including Global / international experience preferre
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent in English
