Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in Financial Reporting/Controlling area
2. Strong skills in Powerpoint and other MS Office suite
3. Prior Credit Suisse / global bank experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
The contractor will be responsible for provision of services in the area of Project Office support for CS Group Management Reporting, such as
- Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project
- Assist the Project Manager and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans
- Support and tracking and timely collection of project deliverables from Divisional stakeholders
- Help to develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems
- Co-ordinate the production of reports and produce project summary reports
- Co-ordinate and support communication mechanisms between the project teams
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager
