Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping others? We are a team of IT professionals who are dedicated to inspiring our customers - both personally and digitally. We're seeking an IT Helpdesk Employee to join our team and provide 1st level support to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st level support over the phone for the entire IT infrastructure (advice, processing and solving software and/or hardware problems, triage with 2nd level support).
• Assume responsibility for applications in 2nd level support and offer expertise to internal customers.
• Creating and updating instructions, checklists, documentation, and statistics to improve the IT helpdesk.
• Participating in continuous improvement process and quality assurance of the IT helpdesk.
• Working on projects to ensure our bank stays up-to-date with the latest technology.

Qualifications:

• IT training or basic banking training with adept IT skills and experience.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong customer orientation and good communication skills.
• Team player with a high sense of quality and responsibility.
• Ability to flexibly and quickly take on and solve a wide variety of problems.
• Passion for technology and enjoyment of helping others.
• Fluency in German is mandatory.
