Start Date: January/March

Duration: 6 months - until the end of the year, internalisation, or extension possible

Willingness to travel within Switzerland: Workshops with local customers (Basel, Zurich and Eastern Switzerland

Location: Mandatory 1x per week in Bern / Rest of time Remote (only allowed within Switzerland) or other company locations possible

Workload percentage: 80-100%

Key Responsibilities:

• With the transition Team, they create a safe, simple and future-oriented work environment for their customers and employees from the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. In the Microsoft 365 environment, you take over the technical lead in the projects. They develop, support and operate company services and system integrations for customers. They are also responsible for consulting and technical pre-sales for inquiries in the area of Microsoft 365 with the corresponding cybersecurity services.
• You will develop solutions and concepts for the implementation of Microsoft 365 services based on our Managed Solutions and Consulting Framework
• You will also check our customer offers and answer technical questions during tenders. In addition, you plan and implement hybrid solutions to existing systems.
• You conduct technical workshops with our customers and work out technical solutions based on their requirements.
• You can perform new installations, migrations and commissioning of a wide variety of Microsoft products with the help of our internal specialists.

Your Skills:

• 5-8 year of experience.
• Experience in setting up (Green Field) or (and would be even better) Migration from on premise to O365.
• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales / consulting / solution development in the field of end user computing.
• At least 5 years of experience in Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• Good knowledge in planning and implementation of migration projects and consulting.
• Good analytical skills and good communication skills.
• German mandatory level C1.

Skills nice to have:

• Certification as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert is a benefit
• Experience in managed services
• Experience in a global delivery environment
• Experience in compliance and security requirements such as NIST, CMMC, ITAR/EAR, NIST Cyber security framework, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI
