Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to handle incoming customer inquiries, ensure smooth order processing, and act as a key point of contact for our valued B2B customers and partners. If you're ready to take on a challenging role where you can make a difference, read on!

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage incoming customer inquiries in compliance with defined service level agreements or customer-requested deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order processing, ensuring they are always informed and satisfied.
  • Plan and coordinate smaller projects or sub-projects within the relevant business areas.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all B2B customers and partners during order validation and the initial billing cycle.
  • Take responsibility for accurate order validation, service registration, and invoicing.
  • Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, including commercial and technical teams.
  • Act as an escalation authority, actively working to resolve customer crisis situations and find suitable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer service or related role, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse customer inquiries and manage projects.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
  • Mentally resilient and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Go to the "Extra Mile" mindset to deliver exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations!
  • A meticulous and precise approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Language proficiency in German and English is required. Knowledge of Italian and French is considered an advantage.
