Experis are currently assisting our client, a leading private banking firm, with their search for a Communications Specialist. You will support and coordinate the production of client letters and related tasks. If you can start as soon as possible, please read on and apply !

Duration : 8 Months
Tasks :
- Advise internal stakeholders regarding client communication and guide them through the production process, supporting documents, and guidelines
- Verify tone of voice and layout of client letters and related enclosures such as brochures, fact sheets, forms according to CI/CD guidelines
- Edit texts in English and German
- Produce mass mailings including various language versions and coordinate the production with internal stakeholders
- Manage client letter templates including the address data base
- Maintain the terminology database
Your profile :
- Work experience in the financial industry and/or as client communications specialist
- Highly service-oriented with a precise, professionally persistent, and reliable attitude
- High degree of flexibility and commitment
- A team-oriented and resilient personality with excellent social skills and poise
- University degree or similar in linguistics and/or communications
- Fluent English and German with strong grammar and understanding of linguistic
