Who I am and how I can help you:

My role is to support and drive Experis Switzerland’s internal Training Academy, in order to improve performance and achieve the company’s goals. I am here to smoothly onboard each new employee, ensuring they are trained the Experis Way and reach their true potential in their role. I help bridge gaps for IT Recruiters who transition into Sales Consultant roles, I analyze the training needs of all employees, I monitor development and coordinate various in-house initiatives.

To be good at what I do, you need to be a problem solver, have excellent communication skills, think outside the box, and be motivated to help others achieve good results.

What else should you know about me?

I am a strong, positive ambassador of Experis, with over 16 years of professional experience having worked within finance, IT, music, recruitment and the events industries.

I love being part of the Experis team and my motto is: Do what you love and love what you do.
