Identity check: We ensure an original passport, ID card or driving license is presented to the Experis Contract Management team.
Proof of right to work in Switzerland: Contractors are required to provide a valid work permit as evidence of their eligibility to work in Switzerland.
Criminal records excerpt: If required, we will ensure that contractors produce a criminal records excerpt issued by the Federal Office of Justice.
Credit check: We ensure contractors obtain a credit reference check where required.
Employment background checks and personal character references: We will obtain direct written references on contingent workers from former employers as well as character references. We record and store verbal references in the individual’s data record to facilitate rapid identification in future searches for those whose qualifications and experiences have been verified. Similarly, written references are scanned into digital format and stored.
Qualification certificates: We obtain copies of all professional certifications.
